The name of the society shall be: Clwb Ffilmiau Dinbych/Denbigh Film Club

The objectives of the society shall be:

• To advance the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the art of film and allied techniques.
• To foster companionship and a sense of community within the area it seeks to serve.
• To re-introduce the opportunity for cinema going in Denbigh

To achieve these objectives the society shall:

• Exhibit films on a regular basis.
• Organise lectures, discussions and exhibitions.
• Facilitate opportunities for informal gatherings.

Membership of the group shall be open to any adult 16 or over, irrespective of political party, nationality, sexual orientation, religious opinion, race or colour.

All members shall pay such subscriptions as the Annual General Meeting shall determine.
